Manager, Identity & Access Management
**JOB SUMMARY** : We are seeking an experienced, hands on, Technical Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams for at least 10 years and possess strong expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager. Experience with Oracle HCM and API integrations is preferred. The candidate should also have a solid understanding of Okta, zero trust principles, AMFA, and account lifecycle management. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** : • The functions listed describe the business purpose of this job or position. In the event of uncertainty or lack of knowledge of company policies and procedures, associates are required to request clarification or explanations from superiors or authorized company representatives. • Lead and manage the IAM team, to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of identity and access management solutions. • Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with security regulations and best practices. • Oversee the administration and support of Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager, and other IAM tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems. • Implement and manage API integrations to enhance IAM capabilities. • Ensure the adoption of zero trust principles and multi-factor authentication (AMFA) across the organization. • Manage the entire account lifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve IAM processes and solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams. • Deploy identity automation projects, leveraging experience with the Entra suite. • Utilize Sentinel log analytics for log reviews and monitoring. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY** : Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position. **EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE** : • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science. • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing a team in the IAM domain. • Strong experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager. • Preferred experience with Oracle HCM and API integrations. • In-depth knowledge of Okta, including experience with SAML applications, zero trust principles, AMFA, and account lifecycle management. • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills. • Proven track record for deploying identity automation projects. • Experience with the Entra suite. • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting. • Experience with Sentinel log analytics for log reviews. • Experience with Dell Change Auditor is a plus or equivalent AD Auditing tool. **COMPETENCIES** : (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing): • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS** : With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to perform effectively all essential functions.
