Manager, Identity & Access Management
Job Description

We are looking for a Manager to deliver world class Identity and Access Management (IAM) services by managing a diverse team of IAM consultants that enable Danfoss to achieve its strategic goals, ensuring governance, compliance and security around identities and access.

Job Responsibilities Manage a cross-regional and cross-functional team of IAM consultants, supporting their needs on a daily basis to ensure we achieve our targets Plan roadmap activities, drive and deliver team tasks and projects of IAM solutions and services to ensure their fulfilment Ensure IAM processes and security policies are followed by the team and business to protect Danfoss from cyber security threats Work with continuous improvement of IAM processes, tools and people Engage with business and IT colleagues supporting IAM services as point of contact, and collecting business requirements for IAM solutions and services Be a point of escalation, and escalate high priority or unresolved IAM incidents and requests Ensure ITSM processes are followed by the team, as well as corporate standards Coordinate and work with vendors on the support or development of IAM systems Assign and follow-up on tasks with team members according to capacity and skills Ensure HR administrative tasks are completed on-time and accurately, planning team holidays and vacation, ASR, ESR, STI, and other processes Support employees development and career goals Performance management, assess, follow-up, and support employees individual performance Background & Skills Good understanding of business processes and strategic goals Should have people management and leadership skills Ability to provide accurate consultancy and guidance on IAM topics Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Should be able to follow processes, standards and procedures Should have capability of planning and thinking strategically Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow
