This position, Manager of Identity
& Access Management, will be responsible for leading Delta’s Privilege
Access Management (PAM) program and implement its strategic vision. Responsible
for establishing & implementing a governance framework, managing and
coordinating requirements, and supporting the implementation of Delta’s PAM
processes and workflows, while ensuring compliance with applicable internal and
external regulatory requirements.
Additional Responsibilities:
+ Leadership & Strategy – Develop andimplement the strategic vision for PAM within Delta. Collaborate and workclosely with senior leaders to promote PAM initiatives and encourage theadoption of effective practices.
+ Advisory & Influencer - Stay abreast withlatest trends and technologies in PAM and cybersecurity to guide the teameffectively. Engaging with key members, sharing PAM strategies and initiativesat all levels of the organization.
+ Governance & Compliance – Ensure that PAMpractices align with applicable regulatory requirements (PCI, SOX, TSA) andinternal policies, standards and procedures.
+ Operations –Responsible for the day-to-dayoperations of systems, ensure their reliability, scalability and security, byleading a global team across architecture, engineering, analyst and 24/7operation support functions.
+ Program Management - Run projects fromconception through implementation, while maintaining alignment across projectstakeholders to ensure the requirements and deliverables are defined andtracked throughout the program’s life cycle.
+ Integration & Simplification – Collaborate acrossIT to ensure seamless integration across various platforms and applications.Simplify processes to enhance user experience, security and compliance.
+ People Development - Develop and lead a teamthat demonstrates strong work behaviors, promoting an environment of continuousimprovement, innovation, mentorship and professional development opportunitiesfor team members.
+ Travel is required to Atlanta, Georgia.
Salary Range: $87800 - $240300 Annually
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ 10 or more years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Identity & Access Management and increasing scope, responsibilities and complexity.
+ 4+ years of management roles with a strong background in risk management and ability to address conflict, influence decision-making, and foster teamwork across the organization.
+ Experience in PAM technologies such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp, Okta, or similar.
+ Experience with Cloud Security and PAM technologies on leading cloud platforms – Azure, AWS, GCP
+ Demonstrate ability in implementing and leading PAM solutions in a large, complex organization, with change management and program management practices
+ Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., PCI, SOX, NIST, ISO27001), knowing how to apply relevant technical processes to appropriate business needs.
+ Excellent customer service skills with ability to clearly communicate to leadership team
+ Strong leadership and team management skills
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate effectively
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
+ Relevant professionalcertifications i.e., CISSP, CISM, CISA or similar. IAM product certification orcloud security certification for Azure & AWS platforms, are desirable
