**Job Summary**
As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing programs to ensure that all prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified organizational objectives.
**Job Description**
We are looking for an **IT Manager** to manage and implement programs to ensure that all prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified organizational objectives. This position will be **full-time** and **hybrid.**
**What You’ll Do**
+ Monitoring of tasks and assistance with troubleshooting technical issues. In addition, vacant positions are in the process of being backfilled. These new staff will require training and monitoring
+ Manage scheduling for staff, approving time off, and other department operational needs and requests
+ Ensure help desk is addressing and resolving end-user issues with solutions provided
+ Assist with resolution of issues with hardware and software issues
+ Provide oversight and guidance for technical items for camera surveillance upgrade process
+ Ensure IT staff assisting with new employee orientation
+ Assist with migration of servers to centralized huband/or local servers
+ Assist with migration of Wi-Fi from one department to another
+ Support current printer/scanner environment
+ Ensure proper functioning of network infrastructure and work with departments to resolve issues
**What You'll Need**
Required:
+ 3+ years of supervision experience
+ 5+ years of help desk/PC support experience
+ At least 2+ years of knowledge of networking and servers
+ 5+ years of Microsoft Office experience
+ Project management experience
+ Interpersonal skills to interact with all staff levels from administration to clerical
Preferred:
+ Experience in various technologies and roles including Agile, Waterfall, or other SDLC methodologies
+ PMP/PMI certifications are preferred
+ Expertise with project management tools such as MS Project
**Physical Demands**
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
