Your Role Build, manage, coach and drive a team of high-caliber inside sales professionals focused on New Logo Business (Hunters)Set expectations, provide clarity and KPIs for the Inside Sales team to achieveWork closely with Nutanix Field Sales to design a “Divide & Conquer” new logo sales account approachMeet and exceed bookings targets for the identified market segmentMotivate, coach and manage Inside Sales professionals to build pipeline and close revenue through Nutanix Channel & OEM Partners Work with Nutanix marketing to design and implement campaigns focused at various target accountsProvide accurate weekly forecasts and track sales activity leveraging SFDCJoin Customer Calls with the Inside Sales team to coach and assist in closing bookingsWhat You Will Bring 5+ years sales experience and 3+ years management experienceExperience in enterprise sales required, Storage/Networking/Virtualization/Cloud or Infrastructure industries strongly preferredProven consistent achievement of goals through the leadership and motivation of an Inside sales teamExperience hiring, developing and retaining talentExceptional command of enterprise sales methodologies and the ability to coach to itExcellent communication skills and the ability to build cross-functional relationshipsExcellent Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com skillsTravel 1 to 2 times a quarter requiredThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $135,280 and $202,920/annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence.
