Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Integrated Campaign Planning to oversee the development, execution, and optimization of end-to-end media plans across all channels. This role is integral in ensuring that Spot Media provides strategic, measurable, and seamless campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong analytical mindset, and can translate complex marketing objectives into actionable, cross-channel media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Campaign Development:Develop comprehensive media plans that integrate offsite (paid social, search, programmatic), onsite (display ads, sponsored products), CRM (email, SMS), and in-store (signage, activations) efforts.Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign goals, creative execution, and measurement frameworks.Strategic Planning:Translate vendor objectives and KPIs into innovative media solutions that leverage Spot Media’s unique offerings and customer insights.Partner with analytics and insights teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure data-driven decision-making.Project Management:Own the media planning process from ideation to execution, ensuring deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet client objectives.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and operations, to streamline workflows and maintain accountability.Collaboration:Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign planning, working closely with the sales team to pitch cohesive strategies to vendors.Partner with merchandising and marketing to ensure consistency in messaging and seamless integration with broader organizational goals.Measurement & Optimization:Work with analytics teams to evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable insights for future planning.Regularly review and refine processes to enhance efficiency and campaign effectiveness.Market Expertise:Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to ensure Spot Media remains ahead of the curve.Share knowledge and best practices with internal teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.5+ years of experience in media planning or integrated marketing, preferably within retail media, advertising, or a digital-first organization.Proven expertise in building and managing multi-channel campaigns (onsite, offsite, CRM, in-store).Strong analytical skills and experience with media measurement tools, platforms, and methodologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with retail media networks and industry benchmarks is a plus.#LI-RF1

These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.
