Overview

As the Leader of Intelligent Automation, you will lead HireRight’s Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive the deployment of AI-powered automation solutions across the organization. You will be responsible for developing strategies that leverage Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experiences, and support continuous innovation in our business processes. This role requires a blend of process re-engineering expertise, in-depth knowledge of AI applications within automation, and hands-on experience with tools like Automation Anywhere and UiPath. 

Responsibilities Strategic Leadership in AutomationDevelop and lead the vision for HireRight’s Intelligent Automation CoE, focusing on scalable automation strategies that streamline and optimize key business workflows. Champion process re-engineering and optimization, identifying high-impact areas for improvement through RPA and AI integration. Intelligent Process AutomationGuide the implementation of RPA and AI-driven automation solutions, employing advanced technologies such as natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and cognitive services. Utilize Automation Anywhere to drive end-to-end automation, from process mining and discovery to orchestration and deployment, ensuring seamless and secure operations. AI-Enhanced Process OptimizationCollaborate with stakeholders to design, test, and deploy automation solutions that integrate AI and machine learning to improve process effectiveness and decision-making. Establish best practices for process assessment, task mining, and root-cause analysis, focusing on high-efficiency workflows and enhanced user experiences. Governance and ComplianceDefine and implement governance frameworks for automated processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Monitor performance and continuously improve automation quality and reliability, leveraging analytics and feedback. Change Management and EnablementLead organizational change management initiatives that promote the adoption of AI and automation among stakeholders and enhance user engagement. Build a team with advanced skills in RPA, AI, and process optimization, and foster an environment of continuous learning and innovation.  Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. Extensive experience in business process optimization, automation, and AI deployment. Proven experience with Intelligent Process Automation tools like Automation Anywhere and UiPath, with familiarity in process mining, task automation, and cognitive capabilities (e.g., computer vision and NLP). Strong knowledge of process re-engineering methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM. Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation initiatives and creating a culture of continuous improvement. 

Preferred Skills: 

Expertise in AI, machine learning, and data analytics applications within process automation. Deep understanding of automation governance, security, and risk management. Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
