POSITION SUMMARY
In this newly-created role, the Manager of Internal Communications will own and manage internal communications focused on HUB’s Guiding Principles initiatives while also developing and supporting the cascade of companywide messages to regional communicators.Through effective communications strategies, this person will be responsible for driving awareness and engagement of the aforementioned initiatives.This role sits within the Corporate Marketing team and reports to the Director, Internal Communications.RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to develop and execute internal communications strategies that elevate awareness of and garner excitement around HUB’s goals and Guiding Principles initiatives for employees.Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to develop communications that provide employees the information they need to successfully perform their roles.Manage and own the planning, coordination and execution of internal town halls.Support and facilitate the cascade of internal communications resources related to companywide growth initiatives to regional communicators.Guide and collaborate with regional communicators and other internal disciplines to implement best practices and integrate corporate messages for employee awareness and adoption.Provide counsel and innovative recommendations on strategies and best practices that will increase employee engagement.Manage and own analytics reporting associated with internal communications Guiding Principles initiatives and town halls,Collaborate with creative services to build and design resources as needed for employee resources for major HUB initiatives. Collaborate with external communications and brand marketing to align messaging and leverage resources to optimize employee awareness of HUB Guiding Principles initiatives.QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED AND PREFERRED)
Must have 5 years of internal communications experience.Must possess a degree in Communications, Journalism or similar field.Must possess strong writing and editing skills.Must have experience working with leaders and stakeholders at various levels.Must be able to manage several projects at a time and maintain deadlines.Experience with Microsoft Office is required.
