Manager, Internal Communications & Employer Branding

The Manager, Internal Communications and Employer Branding role will report to the CHRO and involves a multifaceted responsibility of ensuring that the CEO’s vision and voice are effectively communicated across the company while strengthening the organization’s brand for attracting and retaining top talent.
Responsibilities:
Internal Communications:
Act as a primary liaison for CEO communications, ensuring that messaging is aligned with strategic goals.Develop and implement strategies to engage and inform employees.Craft internal materials like newsletters, executive updates, and communication-related to HR policies.Employer Branding:Develop strategies to strengthen the employer brand, collaborating with HR and Marketing.Lead the company’s efforts in applying for employer awards.Manage the company’s reputation on employer review sites and social media to maintain brand consistency.Content Creation:Produce high-quality internal and external content, including blogs, videos, and testimonials.Collaborate to highlight stories that reflect the company’s mission, values, and strategic direction.Employee Engagement:Support initiatives that build a positive culture and boost employee engagement.Measure the effectiveness of communication and branding strategies via surveys and feedback.Event Planning Support:Plan and execute internal events like town halls and leadership summits to reinforce the CEO's messaging and organizational priorities.Team Leadership:Led a small team, guiding them to execute communication and branding initiatives.Oversee team performance and support their professional development.Metrics and Reporting:Track and analyze the success of communication and branding efforts, aligning with the CEO’s strategic priorities.Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators to senior management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or a related field.5+ years of experience in internal communications and employer branding.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in executive-level messaging.Proficiency in project management and cross-functional collaboration.Experience with digital communication platforms and social media management.Ability to generate innovative content ideas.Strong data and metrics analysis for strategic decision-making.Event planning and coordination experience, preferably in a corporate setting.This position is essential for driving internal engagement and establishing a compelling employer brand, with a focus on conveying the CEO’s vision throughout the organization.
