Sr. Manager/Manager, Internal Controls & SOX -IT

With over $5 billion in revenue and almost 20,000 employees in 600 offices throughout North America, HUB has grown substantially, in part due to our industry leading success in mergers and acquisitions. **Role Overview** We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sr. Manager/Manager, IT Internal Controls & SOX to establish and optimize internal controls over information systems. Reporting to the Director of Internal Control, you will design, implement, and manage IT controls, preparing the organization for public company compliance requirements. **Key Responsibilities** + Evaluate IT control processes to identify risks and inefficiencies, proposing improvements. + Recommend and implement enhancements to streamline data flows, mitigate risk, and improve IT processes. + Ensure comprehensive and compliant SOX documentation for IT controls. + Assess control deficiencies, determine impact, and recommend remediation plans. + Manage the status and progress of control remediation activities. + Act as a liaison with auditors, providing necessary documentation and audit support. + Develop and deliver IT-specific internal control training for SOX compliance. + Participate in IT risk assessments and SOX scoping, prioritizing key risk areas. + Support SOX automation and continuous monitoring initiatives. + Oversee system implementation and enforce SDLC controls. + Manage Workiva system access and provide system training to control owners. **Qualifications & Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in IT internal controls, IT auditing, or similar roles in a public company or accounting firm. + In-depth knowledge of SOX regulations and COSO framework. + Proven experience in designing and managing IT SOX compliance programs. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels. + CPA, CIA, CISA, or similar certifications preferred. **JOIN OUR TEAM** Do you believe in the power of innovation, collaboration, and transformation?
