Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is looking for a Manager, Internet Creative - Social eMarketing for the Pottery Barn brand. This role will oversee creative development, design and production for digital performance Marketing channels focusing mainly on email, paid social and display.
This is a hyrbid role - 4 days/week onsite in San Francisco required

Design, concept and direct top quality email and paid marketing for Pottery Barn Have a strong understanding of email, paid social and display channels Work directly with the Sr. Art Director and editorial team to execute and concept compelling creative that meets business objectives, brief and delivers strong brand storytelling Mentor and develop Designers delivering continual coaching and feedback Manage creative deliverables to schedule, including internal milestones as well as freelance and vendor milestones Present creative to leadership and cross-functional partners at review meetings Continually implement, establish and evolve digital brand standards and templates Be a collaborative team player Stay on top of email and paid marketing trends and be a driver of digital innovation Drive creative excellence on every piece of work Develop and evolve email, social and display workflows as business and creative needs change

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design or Web Design You have 7+ years of digital design experience, preferably in retail/lifestyle brands You have 2+ years managing a team of designers You have a demonstrated record of bringing strong creative and new ideas to fruition You have great presentation and communication skills You are extremely proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite You have the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks You have meticulous attention to detail and work well within tight deadlines
Technical Competencies
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Proficient in FIGMA Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and coding
