General Summary

 

The Program Manager, Investment PMO at Rise Broadband supports the planning, coordination, and execution of investment projects, with a primary focus on fiber and wireless initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Investment PMO, the Program Manager plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the company's strategic goals. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring collaboration and alignment among cross-functional teams.

 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

 

Manage the day-to-day execution of assigned investment projects, from project inception through post-activation.Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion within scope and financial targets.Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, construction, marketing, and finance, to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder alignment.Identify potential project risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation strategies.Serve as the primary point of contact for specific investment projects, ensuring clear communication across all relevant teams.Coordinate regular meetings to monitor project progress, address concerns, and drive decision-making.Provide timely project updates to the Director, Investment PMO, and other key stakeholders.Prepare and present reports detailing project status, financial performance, and any key strategic insights.Work in close coordination with the Director, Investment PMO, to align project goals with the company’s long-term fiber and wireless investment strategies.Ensure all teams involved in the project—market research, engineering, construction, marketing—are aligned and working towards common objectives.Promote strong collaboration and accountability among all teams and stakeholders involved in the investment process.Support the execution of marketing pre-registration campaigns, helping to drive customer acquisition and achieve post-activation penetration targets.Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, including penetration rates and Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), and recommend adjustments to optimize outcomes.Ensure adherence to company standards, regulatory requirements, and project success criteria.

Job Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.Proven experience managing large, complex projects with cross-functional teams.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.Strong collaboration skills, with a track record of fostering effective teamwork across departments.

 

Working Conditions

 

Employee remains in the sitting position for prolonged hours. Employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
