Managing a team of Investor Services representatives who include coordinating the overall work plan and managing and monitoring work in progress. This work involves subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and AML/KYC document collation.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field6+ years’ experience in Investor Services or related field (financial services/fund administration, corporate communications, portfolio management, or securities analysis) and a strong familiarity with the workings of the capital marketsStrong knowledge of Fund Structures and all aspects of the services provided by an Investor Services DepartmentStrong knowledge of AML/KYC compliancePrior experience managing a team, preferably for transfer agency or investor services for hedge fundsDemonstrated ability to manage complex projects and work effectively with corporate executivesSolid project management skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage tight internal and client deadlinesExcellent communication skills, including written, listening and presentation abilitiesExcellent client relationship management skillsSS&C Technologies Canada Corp. fosters a positive, equitable and progressive workforce and is committed to accommodating applicants with disabilities throughout the hiring process.
