Managing a team of Investor Services representatives who include coordinating the overall work plan and managing and monitoring work in progress. This work involves subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and AML/KYC document collation.

What You Will Get To Do:

Providing coaching, training and leadership as necessary to the Investor Services teamPoint of contact for clients/investors to ensure overall client/investor satisfactionActing as escalation point and problem solver for the team, ensuring action plans are implemented in case of any service issuesContributing to internal project initiatives, including technology and operational initiativesDeveloping culture of continuous efficiency improvements resulting in increased capacityActing as a subject matter expert for Investor Services questions and issuesProviding periodic reports and feedback to senior management on a multitude of Investor Services topics, client issues, and department initiatives.   Day-to-day interaction with other departments and counterparts to prevent/ resolve issues

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field6+ years’ experience in Investor Services or related field (financial services/fund administration, corporate communications, portfolio management, or securities analysis) and a strong familiarity with the workings of the capital marketsStrong knowledge of Fund Structures and all aspects of the services provided by an Investor Services DepartmentStrong knowledge of AML/KYC compliancePrior experience managing a team, preferably for transfer agency or investor services for hedge fundsDemonstrated ability to manage complex projects and work effectively with corporate executivesSolid project management skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage tight internal and client deadlinesExcellent communication skills, including written, listening and presentation abilitiesExcellent client relationship management skills
