+ Responsible for Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and related technologies. Will work closely with other teams to secure, operate, and enhance these critical systems.

+ Lead the directory services team in managing, optimizing, and securing Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD environments, ensuring high availability and reliability.
+ Develop and implement a vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Directory Services portfolio aligned with cybersecurity and enterprise objectives.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate directory services with other IT systems, ensuring adoption of best practices.
+ Work with customers to understand requirements and provide tailored directory service solutions.
+ Oversee human capital management, including recruitment, talent development, coaching, performance management, and accountability.
+ Lead team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive changes to enhance service quality and agility.
+ Prioritize cyber hygiene and operational resiliency within the directory services portfolio.
+ Lead risk mitigation efforts, ensure compliance, and manage critical risk-related decisions at a strategic level.
+ Manage financial planning, resource allocation, and funding to ensure alignment with company objectives.
+ Ensure timely review and testing of disaster recovery plans to maintain system reliability and availability.
+ Regularly monitor and resolve directory-related issues, providing technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
**All you'll need for success**
**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ 7 years of experience in Cybersecurity & Microsoft Security product(s) field
+ 3 years of IT leadership experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
**Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Airline industry experience
**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**
+ Proven ability to build, cultivate, and promote strong relationships with internal customers at all levels of the organization, as well as with IT counterparts, business partners, and external groups.
+ Ability to lead teams, work cross-functionally, build consensus on challenging issues, and work in a collaborative environment with geographically dispersed resources
+ Proficiency in handling operational issues effectively, and understating escalation, communication, and crisis management
+ Strong understanding of Agile methodology, as well as ability to lead teams to perform and evolve in a DevOps environment
+ Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing priorities
+ Proven ability to establish and manage short term tactical goals, as well as, long term strategic objectives
+ Understanding of technical problems and solutions in relation to the current environment
+ Strong presentation and analytical skills, and possess a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to explain technical concepts and adjust communications based on audience
+ Ability to influence through outstanding interpersonal skills, and collaboration
+ Ability to recruit, develop and lead team
+ Solid understanding of authentication and authorization concepts and technologies
+ High-level knowledge of the Microsoft Security technologies (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory) and supporting technologies.
