Job Summary:

As the Manager of IT Security- Identity and Access Management at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for leading the development, testing, configuration, optimization, and implementation services of solutions specific to identity access and management. In this role, you will be responsible for the full life cycle management, from strategic planning, development, and maintenance to the launch of solutions and platforms. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities with the goal of reducing manual efforts, contributing to growth of the organization, promotion of patient and user experience and creating innovative solutions with operations. You will be developing and fostering strong working relationships with key stakeholders to align technology solutions to the goals of the system. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting the consistent use of available tools, techniques, workflows, and platforms.

What you will do:​

Drives end-to-end activities for the assigned solutions portfolio and developing and leading teams for high performance outcomes. Oversee the day-to-day operations of Identity and Access related to Endeavor Health, which includes provisioning, modification, inactivating, and auditing across the enterprise.  Provide leadership to guide identity and access management processes. Handle escalated customer inquiries and support ticketsProvides direction for solution implementation, testing, support, and deployment, technical and workflow guidance. Collaborates with vendors to ensure systems and solutions are achieving or exceeding the needs of Endeavor Health. Work with the appropriate leaders/teams to ensure security solutions support current and planned business needs.Establishes relationships with domain leaders to understand strategic business needs and user needs; identifies business requirements to guide specifications for ease of business operations. Develops strong partnerships with other fellow leaders to identify synergies and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate and actively participate across functional components led by other leaders, ensuring overlaps and touch points are seamless, effective, and efficient and achieve measurable outcomesCollaborate with IT staff/management along with operational partners to develop & maintain role-based access standards for Endeavor Health. Collaborate and participate in the implementation and ongoing support of an IGA solution for the enterprise.Establish Identity and Access management service and define a future state. Execute Roadmap projects to assist approaching target maturity levels.  Establish process for onboarding applications to the build out servicesThis position has on-call responsibilities at the team and system department levels. On-call responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the resolution of production problems and investigation of incidents during off hours such as nights, weekends and holidays.

What you will need:

Education: Bachelor's degree required (Masters preferred)Work Experience:Five (5) or more years of experience in managing processes, applications, or systems in an integrated healthcare delivery system or relevant related industries. Three (3) or more years of leadership experience.  Experience using portfolio of responsibility.Seven (7) or more years of experience in managing processes, applications, or systems in an integrated healthcare delivery system or relevant related industries.Unique or Preferred Skills: Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills essential.Solid understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices.Ability to manage multiple complex projects with efficiency.Strong domain knowledge and interpersonal skills.Ability to plan, lead and implement initiatives.Personal and ethical accountabilityDemonstrated analytical and critical thinking for problem solving / issue resolution.A lean towards curiosity, out of the box thinking and innovative.Focus on people and active engagement in recruitment and retention.5 years of experience in IAM or a related field.General provisioning skills.Experience in IT security or associated fieldExperience in implementation and maintenance of an identity governance solution to manage user identities, roles, and access privileges across the organization's systems and applications
