Manage system deferred actions to the closure in ServiceNOW. Ensure the project team following the software development lifecycle, compliance, and key IT controls and procedures. Identify opportunities for simplification of project deliverables and partners with the IT Delivery Team to implement those opportunities. Support inspections and audits, internal and external, by providing required evidence or information to the IT Audit team upon request. Recommend solutions based on industry standards to enhance business processes and products development. Implement IT controls in accordance with applicable regulations and evaluate the impact of new regulations and requirements. Analyze workflows, processes, and evolving database trends to deploy new system architecture. Assist with on-boarding new employees or consultants by training them on the Computer System Validation standards and processes including electronic tools.
