Employer: Bristol-Myers Squibb Company Position: Manager, IT Validation Services (ref.# 4323) Location: 4931 George Road Tampa, FL 33634 **Duties:** Use experience with: ServiceNOW, Application Life Cycle Management (ALM), Electronic Document Management System (Qumas, Compliance Wire, ValGenesis), SharePoint to author and review documents, including, but not limited to: validation plans and summary reports, user requirements specifications including Part 11 and data integrity requirements with Risk rating, regulatory risk assessments, regulatory applicability assessment, solution implementation plans, solution implementation summary reports, and Detail Design documents including design of the system reports and System Architecture Specifications. Create, review and approve system and combined system/user acceptance test scripts in ALM tool along with the resolution to the identified defects. Create, review and approve validation deliverables in electronic document management system based on Qumas platform (DocIT). Create, review and approve validation deliverables in Compliance Wire Document management system called eDOCS. Required extensive knowledge on ValGenesis system for document and test execution management. Lead the execution of the periodic review program to ensure existing capabilities remain in a state of control. Tracking deviations and problem investigations in ServiceNOW. Manage system deferred actions to the closure in ServiceNOW. Ensure the project team following the software development lifecycle, compliance, and key IT controls and procedures. Identify opportunities for simplification of project deliverables and partners with the IT Delivery Team to implement those opportunities. Support inspections and audits, internal and external, by providing required evidence or information to the IT Audit team upon request. Recommend solutions based on industry standards to enhance business processes and products development. Implement IT controls in accordance with applicable regulations and evaluate the impact of new regulations and requirements. Analyze workflows, processes, and evolving database trends to deploy new system architecture. Assist with on-boarding new employees or consultants by training them on the Computer System Validation standards and processes including electronic tools. Educate project stakeholders on the Good Documentation Practice and validation processes. May telecommute 50% of time from anywhere in the United States. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in chemistry, computer science, life science, engineering or related plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience reflecting demonstrable ability in the skill set described above. ***This position is eligible for our employee referral program.
