Manager, Knowledge Systems

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Knowledge Systems Manager to support the transformation of our community’s knowledge systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping to develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes across the organization.
This role requires close collaboration across multiple teams and businesses to drive successful maturation of our knowledge systems. People are the foundation of our knowledge systems. Understanding their roles and motivations to add, codify, update, and report information is central to building collaborative knowledge systems  to enable enterprise-wide visibility – and sense-making – of data.  Now that we're able to pull data together across businesses and systems, we need to begin documenting and assessing underlying business roles, processes, and value of information to build enterprise-wide knowledge systems that help us meet our transformation goals and improve outcomes for the community.  What You Will DoDevelop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of new data governance practices and associated business process changes through a PBM lens. Partner with business and capability leaders to lead people-focused change management efforts as part of overall enterprise data and business process transformation / programs (EIV and RRI); assist with documentation of needs, mapping change, and supporting communication and training at the BU/Capability-level. Partner with the Enterprise Data Governance Manager to align change management efforts with data governance initiatives. Conduct impact assessments to identify potential challenges and risks associated with system and process changes and develop mitigation plans. Partner with teams to support the adoption of new processes, tools, and data governance practices and benefits through development and management of training programs and materials. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication tools and activities and adjust as needed. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and incorporating lessons learned into future business transformation initiatives. Assist with decision documentation to ensure clarity and transparency.Utilize project management frameworks to close tasks efficiently and effectively. Ensure clear communication, especially in written form, to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned throughout relevant project milestones. Demonstrate high emotional intelligence (EQ) by bringing the right people together to make progress on solving problems. Connect loose ends across workstreams and ensure they don't fall through the cracks. Ask the right questions to organize people and get answers efficiently. What You Will BringStrong understanding of business process optimization/transformation, organizational development, and change management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Proven ability to gather perspectives from multiple teams and then tell a compelling story about the gap between the current and ideal state Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, connecting diverse groups to shared goals and next steps. Strong analytical, systems-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proven ability to diagnose—and document—root causes and/or coach others in root cause analysis (don’t solve a people problem with a tech tool). 
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with formal change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci). Experience as a leader within a strategic planning, organizational development, or project or change management team. Understanding of or ability to learn and apply PBM principles to move work forward.  Our Values: Working at Stand Together is different from many other organizations.
