The Lab Solutions Demo Center (aka Vision Center) Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for planning and hosting a wide array of individuals and groups to showcase Beckman Coulter and our products and services. The type of visitors ranges from highly technical laboratory professionals, medical directors, laboratory leaders, supply chain leaders, health care executives, and the general public. Must be able to tailor messages from the general public to highly technical demonstrations for all Beckman Coulter instrumentation, automation, services and disease state solutions. In collaboration with the NACO Sales team, you will manage scheduling and facilitating events primarily in Brea, California and may also assist occasionally at other locations.
This position is part of the North American Marketing team located in Brea, California and will be onsite. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Lead, plan, design and execute visits and events in collaboration with others and independently.
+ Serve as Subject Matter Expert for the Beckman Coulter and non-Beckman Coulter core laboratory & workflow products including proficiency and expertise in professionally demonstrating the solutions in person and virtually.
+ Lead, plan, and organize all Brea, California Vision Center facility and equipment needs. This includes management of outside vendors. This role may also assist with facility and equipment needs of other Customer Programs.
+ Manage and own metrics and data regarding the New Jersey Vision Center program
+ Lead and participate in key projects and process improvement initiatives
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor's degree in field with 9+ years of experience or Master's degree with 7+ years of experience
+ At least 2 years of clinical laboratory experience; or related hands-on clinical lab equipment experience
+ Proficient knowledge of clinical chemistry, immunoassay, hematology, urinalysis, and microbiology
+ Strong communication skills – interpersonal and presentations
+ Ability to travel up to 25%
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ 5+ years clinical laboratory experience
+ Clinical laboratory certification (ASCP or equivalent)
+ Experience in selling, persuasive presentations, and negotiations
The salary range is $130,000 - $150,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
