The Manager, Labelling Artwork is a detail oriented and results driven individual with a strong understanding of Graphic Design, Vaccine Packaging Regulations, GMP standards and workload management. The incumbent is responsible for the creation, management and implementation of product labelling artwork. The Manager represents PPDA on multi-functional project teams supporting the Swiftwater and Toronto manufacturing sites. This position liaises and promotes exchanges in Industrial Operations, as well as with Regulatory Affairs, Material Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Marketing and Global Affiliates to ensure labelling change requests comply with company standards and are implemented in accordance with regulations and production schedules.

Main Responsibilities:Serve as the key contact for PPDA North American Platform at the Swiftwater site, managing change requests for products manufactured at Swiftwater and contract manufacturers.
Manage mock-up and artwork requests for labeling components, from development through international review and approval to production implementation.
Collaborate with international Regulatory Affairs to create mock-ups supporting licensing activities, ensuring project timelines and milestones are met.
Review and guide projects prepared by Technical Coordinator staff, and act as a backup to the North American Lead, supporting staff and workload assignments.
Prepare error-free mock-ups and artwork using graphic design software and tools, interfacing with other functions at North American sites and internationally, including printing vendors.
Coordinate with scheduling, procurement, and supply chain to ensure timely production. Optimize production processes for maximum efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on graphic programs and processes and assist in training personnel.
Research and assess global labeling regulations and guidance documents, assisting in the development of procedures, guidelines, and maintenance systems for labeling development, approval, and control, while maintaining documentation and logs both in hardcopy and electronically.
About YouMinimum of a degree in Graphic Design or a related field, with at least three years of professional design experience.
Desired experience in pharmaceuticals, packaging, and workflow.
Proficiency in problem-solving, communication, technical writing, and organization.
Knowledge of software programs such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, SAP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Some international travel may be required.
