Manager, Learning And Development
Position Summary...You are an innovative, driven, problem-solving Instructional Designer with experience working across multiple instructional delivery modalities to create high-quality learning experiences, supporting our growing learning community. As the Instructional Designer, you will curate and design learning solutions that align with the needs of our users and guide them through their education in the Intellum platform. While you may or may not be steeped in Intellum / Articulate / Evolve, you should be technically strong and have significant experience with learning systems and subject matter. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, implementing processes and interfacing with internal teams and external contributors. This role requires excellent project management skills, strategic thinking and problem solving, and strong communication skills. You should be an organized self-starter with a strong bias for action and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and provide guidance for projects. You will report to the Senior Manager, Learning and Development.

What you'll do...Design, development, and maintenance of our program learning models and interface Track and report published assets, metrics, work in progress and new requests Support consume-ability and continuous improvement of learning programs through delivery and publication of learning assets (ILT content, digital content, videos, assessments, etc.) Continually evaluate solutions for quality and currency Pursue a deep understanding of program and learner roles to ensure that learning solutions meet the needs of stakeholders and end users Maintain knowledge of new learning approaches, technology, and tools Contribute to the development and implementation of templates, learning models and overall best practices 

What you'll bring:

Minimum 2 years experience in instructional design and developing learning contentMinimum 2 years experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teamsExperience in program managementBachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant work experienceExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics for improvementsExperience with Learning Management System (LMS) content management

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field and 2 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry certifications in Instructional Design, Project ManagementMinimum 2 years in project or program managementStrong knowledge of learning principles and methodologiesAbility to communicate complex concepts using simple language and visualsSuccessful record of creating effective learning experiences (websites, just-in-time solutions, infographics, videos)Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced work environmentProblem-solving skills with the ability to handle ambiguityExperience working with xAPIStrong design skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skillsLMS implementation and administration skills (a plus)

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
