Manager, Learning & Training Development
Aplin has partnered with a Downtown, Toronto client,  seeking a Manager, Learning & Training Development to support the ongoing Change Management efforts of a Front Office Transformation (FOT) project focused on Salesforce adoption. This 7-month contract (with potential for extension) is primarily remote, with a preference for candidates available to meet in Downtown Toronto once a month.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain training programs to support CRM transformation.Design and implement training materials (FAQs, guides, video tutorials, etc.).Adapt international and Salesforce learning resources for the Canadian firm.Ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.Manage content on the internal learning platform (Degreed).
What You Bring:5+ years of experience in corporate learning & development.Proven ability to create and execute training programs.Strong content management and project coordination skills.Experience with Salesforce and Degreed is an asset.
