Manager, Lending Sales

About the Role:
In this role, you will manage the team responsible for selling lending products to newly onboarded customers. You will be accountable for originating loans in the first 30 days of a customer’s lifecycle. Your primary goal is to drive lending revenue through the development and execution of strategic plans, cross-functional work with relevant teams, and development of Sales talent. This individual should move fast, and be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
What You'll Do:
Manage a team of 5-7 Account Executives that sell loans from Bluevine and its partners Drive monthly and quarterly volume quotas Track and report on progress against volume goals Continue and grow cross-functional relationships with other teams, including RevOps, Support, Account Management, Risk, Marketing, BD, and Product Support the Lending GM to achieve Lending Business Unit OKRs and shape the multiyear BU strategy.What We Look For:
8+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years of sales leadership experience Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quota, goal-oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Uncompromising hustle and integrity Experience working within a tech/start-up environmentNew Hire Base Salary Range: $94,680 - $115,980
New Hire On-Target Earnings (i.e. Base Salary plus Commissions if achieved) Range: $157,800 - $193,300
