Contribute to our retail transactional banking strategy, optimise retail banking balance sheet and transfer pricing matters for sustainable growthManage pricing and portfolio initiatives, develop customer intelligence and insights and formulate insight-based actions to drive business growthCollaborate various stakeholders to implement activities to enhance both internal and external customers experience on retail deposits businessPrepare relevant strategy papers, business proposals and reports for presentation to senior managementKeep abreast of latest market environment, regularly benchmark with market players to ensure our deposits services competitiveness and actively explore new business opportunitiesMonitor and manage products costs and control, ensure relevant control measures are in place to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank as well as meeting all the internal standard, compliance, policies regulation
