We are currently looking for a Manager, Licensing Strategy and Analysis. The licensing team is at the core of that vision, amplifying our route-to-market advantage by utilizing both company-owned distribution and the licensed bottling networks (Pepsi, Coke, and Independent bottlers) to ensure KDP efficiently and effectively gets its products everywhere consumers expect it. Working with the Director of Licensing Strategy and Analysis, Vice President of Licensing, and a cross functional leadership team, the Manager, Licensing Strategy and Analysis will play a key role in optimizing KDP’s route-to-market through comprehensive strategic evaluation, current state licensing rights identification, bottler performance and financial analysis, and distributor M&A support. This role will also be responsible for proactively monitoring changes in the external environment to continually inform and adapt KDP’s route-to-market strategy.
This position is based at our HQ in Frisco, TX and will have a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)
**Position Responsibilities**
+ Analyze KDP’s current route-to-market by geography and trademark to further understand opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals
+ Support the delivery of route-to-market opportunities by managing the end-to-end process and cross-functional alignment
+ Develop future state distribution blueprints to quickly and comprehensively enable the launch of new brands across categories
+ Support distributor M&A through the identification, analysis, sizing, and vetting of opportunities
+ Implement the tools, technologies, and processes required to enable a dynamic licensing team with proactive decision-making capabilities

**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited US or international university
+ 4+ years of relevant work experience
+ Demonstrated history of professional, academic, and personal excellence
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
+ Ability to travel up to 10%
**Preferred**
+ 4+ years at a leading CPG company in an analytical function (e.g., strategy, finance, marketing) or 2+ years of management consulting experience
+ A Master’s Degree in Business Administration
