About this opportunity:

This position is accountable to deliver maintenance work in the field safely and efficiently. They will coach and mentor area Maintenance Supervisors to successfully lead and manage field activities. This role will partner with Operations and contactor supervisory staff to drive continuous improvement of work execution.

What you’ll do:

Coach and develop area Maintenance Supervisors to drive safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities

Lead maintenance contractor development and continuous improvement

Drive gap analysis and resolution for maintenance coordination deficiencies in the field

Ensure work quality control processes are followed

Continue to develop and build partnership with nested contractors to deliver additional value to the site

Efficiently manage budgeted funds up to $50 million

Use data to identify performance gaps and work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions

Create development plans and continuous improvement goals for direct and indirect reports

Develop and execute tactical plans to drive maintenance delivery improvement

Accountable for delivery of maintenance schedule compliance and coaching the behaviors that will drive improvement

Willingness to be on call to address site maintenance needs outside of normal scheduled hours

Who you are:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in refining or chemical industry

Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance work management, coordination, planning and/or supervision

Experience using SAP to plan and manage work and costs

Experience working with and leading cross functional teams to solve problems

Ability to assess and understand data to drive decision making

Understanding of contractual agreements with nested contractors

Continuous improvement mindset
