Manager, Marine Onboarding - INTL UK
Job Description The Manager, Onboarding is responsible for overseeing the execution and continuous improvement of marine crew onboarding processes, documentation management, and other marine crew readiness services to deliver seamless experiences across global operations. This role ensures efficient resource utilization, operational effectiveness, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the position focuses on developing a capable team to meet organizational objectives while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
