The Manager of Market Access Data Management & Operations will grow and maintain US Market Access’ data environment in support of reporting, analytics, and data capabilities. The role will collaborate closely with strategy, analytics, engineering, and IT teams. This role requires a unique combination of strong technical data and analytics capabilities, project management, and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Grow the Market Access data environment to enable new data capabilities while maintaining best in class architecture, security, and compliance. Align data capabilities to the business to enable strategy and decision making. Oversee data model design and implementation to support reporting and analytics. Ensure data capabilities meet IT and compliance requirements. Partner with IT and Data Governance to source and implement new data. Bring a foundation of data management & business acumen related to life sciences. Focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement. Why You? Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 6+ years pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience. 5+ years’ experience working in a Data Management, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and/or Analytics environment. Preferred Qualifications: Strong acumen in Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Analytics within the Life Sciences industry. Experience with patient experience data and operations including patient hub/support programs and specialty pharmacy. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple relationships and competing priorities in a complex matrixed environment. Development of Data, Data Products, Engineering roadmap and capabilities Ability to influence laterally and vertically. Drive innovative solutions and automated dataflows and processes that deliver efficiencies across the Market Access landscape. Strong process-oriented experience, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to meet deadlines plus identify, mitigate, and effectively call out risks.
