Position: Manager, Marketing

Job Description:

The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing B2B marketing strategies aimed at elevating brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and strengthening market positioning, all while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Demand Generation and Sales, to execute impactful marketing initiatives. They will also oversee digital marketing strategies, including content development and social media management, to deliver an engaging brand experience. A balance of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving will be key in fostering collaboration and achieving marketing goals across the organization.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

Develop and lead B2B marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and strengthen market positioning, ensuring alignment with overall business goals Collaborate with the team to align on strategies and ensure seamless execution of lead generation initiatives, optimizing workflows and lead scoring Manage social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging, audience engagement, and performance optimization across platforms Develop and optimize digital assets (landing pages, ads, blogs, and other web content) to enhance user experience and maximize lead capture Oversee the planning and execution of trade shows, webinars, and events, ensuring alignment with lead generation goals and brand initiatives Ensure brand consistency across all channels and assist in creating marketing collateral and tools for internal and external use Analyze marketing performance, delivering actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Degree in Business, marketing or related degree Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results Statistical knowledge for analyzing data and problem-solving Must understand balance sheets, income statements and cash flows Ability to establish quality relations with all levels of personnel Must be able to work individually/collaboratively and handle self-driven projects efficiently Excellent interpersonal skills, exuding professionalism, and courteousness  Effective in project planning, time management, organization, and prioritization

The ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude with a “will do” work ethic Must be innovative, confident, and energetic Detail oriented; practices good judgment in decision making Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Knowledge of professional social media platforms Self-motivated; ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines Expert capabilities in programs including but not limited to: Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Salesforce
