Job Description: Leads the design and implementation of process improvements and manages the systems and tools that support the marketing department’s operations. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and ensuring that the department’s processes and systems align with overall business strategies. Primary Accountabilities: Process Improvement: + Lead the identification, analysis, and redesign of key marketing processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. + Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement a process improvement strategy that aligns with department and company goals. + Oversee the documentation and communication of new processes, ensuring that changes are understood and adopted across the department. + Work closely with marketing leadership and other departments to ensure that process improvements and systems initiatives align with overall business objectives. Innovation: + Identify and implement industry best practices in process improvement and systems management, driving innovation within the department. + Monitor trends and advancements in marketing technology, recommending new tools or systems that could enhance department performance. Systems / Tools:  + Lead implementation of systems and tools that will increase the marketing department efficiency and effectiveness (i.e., knowledgebase, PMO tools, etc.) + Identify opportunities for system / tool improvements and partner with marketing leadership / IT to implement / integrate Leadership: + Mentor a group of junior staff; providing guidance, training and support Benefits eligible: Yes Bonus eligible: Yes Long term incentive eligible: Yes The expected salary range for this role is $112,860 - $143,900 per year  The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Qualifications: Educational Background + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional Experience + Proven experience in process improvement or a related role. + Experience with systems and tools to drive marketing department efficiency / effectiveness (e.g. knowledgebase, PMO, etc.) Skills & Abilities + Strong leadership skills + Expertise in marketing systems and tools, with experience in evaluating and implementing new technologies + Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously + Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities + Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Additional Information: Benefits eligible: This position offers health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) plan, adoption assistance program, educational assistance program, flexible ways of working, and time off policies (including sick leave, parental leave, and vacation/PTO).
