What Will You Do?

The Marketing Manager oversees their respective department. Works directly with the Senior Marketing Manager and other team members to drive direction and strategy of National and Local promotions. The Marketing Manager demonstrates extreme ownership and accountability over their area. Ability to jump from strategy to execution where needed. Additionally, this person will be responsible for completing postmortems of all promotional campaigns. Should be detailed orientated with analytical skills. This person will evaluate gaps / and resource needs to continue to grow the business. Responsible for overall growth of team and KPIs. The Marketing Manager builds a culture of leadership and a productive environment for the entire team. Exemplifies a “we over me” mentality. Manges the day to day while demonstrating capacity to push the limits of the program and drive innovation.

· Support Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Director in promotional planning and strategy.

· Identify and drive opportunities to continuously improve marketing and advertising performance, tools, documentation, and processes by analyzing performance and competitive research.

· Provide overall project management and coordination of marketing activities relative to National and Local promotions.

· Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, SEO, Dev, UX, Site Merch and Pricing.

· Participate in all campaign Postmortems including Data Collection and Analysis, Performance Evaluation, Results, Debriefing and Action Plan.

· Ability to gather data from various sources (analytics tools, CRM systems, GA, etc.) related to the campaign’s performance to analyze metrics such as store and site traffic, reach, engagement, conversions and other KPIs. Share insights and learning with marketing department for continuous improvement.

· Provide support to Senior Marketing Manager with other campaign specific requests.

· Make employment decisions and/or recommendations on hiring, improvement plans, transfers, promotions, corrective actions, terminations, pay adjustments, etc.

· Coordinate and manage the work of employees by directing members of the team to meet the area’s goals. Audit regularly to ensure standard operating procedures are being adhered to.

· Manage employee performance and assist employees in making improvements to their performance through coaching, mentoring and administering performance reviews. Recommend, plan and/or implement employee training and skill development activities.

· Audit, maintain and ensure employee time-keeping and absentee records are accurate.

· Communicate company and departmental issues and goals and facilitate employee growth and development through weekly team meetings, regular individual employee meetings, coaching, training, and company-offered learning opportunities.

· Manage resources to optimize equipment, facilities, employees, methods, and materials.

What Do You Need?

· Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience, Required

· 5 years of experience in Marketing, Required

· Management or team lead experience, Preferred

· Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

· Work independently as well as in a team environment

· Document Management and Project Management Skills

· Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints

· Experience managing cross-functional projects
