Title: Media Operations Manager, Digital Media The Media Operations Manager, Digital Media will be accountable for all digital aspects of BioPharm’s Expert Perspectives® in Medicine campaigns from management and maintenance of the website, eNewsletter customization, social media planning and placement, and tracking of all Expert Perspectives® in Medicine campaigns. Website/Social Media Management + Create program specific category webpages + Create and maintain Expert Directory profiles + Build article pages + Ensure all client banners are rendering properly + Social media post development and scheduling of posts Email Development and Support + Create eNewsletters in Salesforce based on email manuscripts + Add client assets (banners and tags) to eNewsletter templates + Coordinate proofing of all eNewsletters with medical editor Coordinate deployment of all eNewsletters with CRM Operations team Podcast Editing and Support + Provide online technical support to program leads and Expert panelists during Expert Roundtable interview sessions + Inform program leads and Expert panelists about technical requirements and preparation for video recordings + Assist with editing, finalizing, and posting the podcasts on the website Operational Support + Daily update, management, and integrity of campaign tracker + Daily update and management of tasks in Workfront Skill and Qualification Requirements: + Bachelor’s Degree + High attention to detail + Strong time management and organizational skills + Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills + Must have ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask + Capacity to manage a large quantity of projects on an ongoing basis + Must be a team player and effectively interact with staff at all levels of the company + Motivated, high energy, self-starter + Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat + Knowledge of Survey Monkey Workfront, Fundamental Adobe Premier (or similar video editing software) and Salesforce , Sprout, and Google Ad Manager, not required but a plus The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.
