Policies, Processes & Procedures
Recommends improvements to Department policies and directs the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural and regulatory requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost- effective service to customers.  

Day- to-day operations
Supervises the day-to-day operations of the Department to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.

 

Job Specific Accountabilities : 

 

Manages Hikma-sponsored studies, IISs, research collaborations & PAPs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure these are run efficiently. Coordinates the preparation, review, & submission of publications to ensure effective evidence dissemination. Manages the preparation & presentation of training materials to internal stakeholders to ensure they are equipped with the necessary medical knowledge. Conducts advisory boards to capture high-quality external insights. Manages the review of promotion & non-promotion materials to ensure that medical information is accurate & balanced.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

MD or PharmD or bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences or any other relevant field. 4-6 years' experience in MA or any other relevant field, preferably with 2 years in MA and 2 of progressive managerial experience.
