The Manager, Member & Provider Communications at VillageCareMAX plays a pivotal role in the seamless development of regulations-compliant member collateral across all product offerings. In this key position, you will leverage your expertise in the material development process to oversee the creation of accurate and engaging communications that detail the benefits available to VillageCareMAX members. Collaborating closely with Marketing and essential stakeholders, you will ensure all materials, including the Annual Notice of Coverage (ANOC), Explanation of Coverage (EOC), Summary of Benefits (SB), and provider communications, align with state and federal Medicaid and Medicare regulations. As the subject matter expert for Marketing, your keen understanding of communication strategies will enhance the accuracy of benefit descriptions.
