Manager, Merchandise Management

- Manage product merchandising for high impact campaigns including daily deals, flash sales and other promotion opportunities. - Identify and evaluate advertising opportunities to ensure meeting sales goals and deliver high quality deals. - Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and gaps in merchandising efforts. - Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key vendors/sellers to drive collaboration and maximize promotional opportunities. - Develop creative merchandising initiatives that align with vendor incentives and boost product visibility. Leverage vendor/seller support to create compelling campaigns and sales strategies. - Develop and execute effective merchandising programs to promote brands and products in partnership - Collaborate proactively with the Product Management team to ensure adequate product stock and alignment with merchandising objectives. - Execute effective merchandising programs in partnership with vendors/sellers to promote key brands & products. Mental Functions: Decisions may affect a work unit or area within a department. May contribute to business and operational decisions that affect the department. This position performs a variety of routine duties within established policies and procedures or by referral to supervisor's guidelines. Physical Functions: Sitting required 90% of the time.
