How you will contribute to our magical experience?: 

This role will focus on analyzing partnership opportunities for Disney+ in Mexico while supporting global partnership analysis projects. As a key driver of growth for Disney+, the New Business Manager will lead the identification, qualification, and acquisition of new business opportunities and strategic alliances. This role will be crucial in assessing potential partners and contributing to the ongoing development of Disney+'s partnership strategy.

The Manager, New Business will be responsible for:

Prospecting: Identifying and researching potential clients and business opportunities to fuel growth.Sales Strategy Development: Designing and executing effective strategies to acquire new partners and drive business expansion.Proposal Development & Presentations: Creating tailored proposals and presentations that align with client needs and effectively highlight the company’s value proposition.Negotiation & Deal Closure: Leading negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that meet both client requirements and company objectives.Market Analysis: Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and evaluate the competitive landscape.Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Networking & Partnerships: Identifying and pursuing potential partnerships that can enhance sales opportunities and strengthen the business.Collaboration with Other Departments: Working closely with finance, C&C, marketing, and other teams to ensure strategic alignment across the organization.Sales Performance Tracking: Analyzing sales data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

7+ years of experience in the Streaming Industry and Partnerships, with a proven track record in leading Business Development efforts, including new business acquisition, sales strategy, account management, and driving revenue growth.Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving performance.Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and build relationships.Analytical mindset to leverage data for strategy and decision-making.Customer-focused with a commitment to satisfaction and problem-solving.Ability to adapt to changing markets and lead cross-functional teams.Strategic thinker with a track record of executing long-term plans.Emotional intelligence and resilience to thrive in dynamic environments.Advanced level of English (required)
