We are looking for a Manager of New Hire Experiences and Programs to define and shape the end-to-end Team Member experience for Orientation and Onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading, designing and implementing large-scale Team Member-centric onboarding experiences. You’ll need to be innovative and always seek to push the boundaries of adult learning & development. However, you must also have a relentless focus on practical application that is grounded in the realities of what our Team Members face day-to-day. As the Learning and Organizational Development team, we strive to empower and unlock the potential in every Team Member at USH by developing and delivering high-impact programs, experiences, and initiatives. At The Core of This Role, You Will: + Connect with stakeholders to understand skill gaps and conduct comprehensive learning needs assessments to identify core competencies and capabilities. + Drive the vision and strategy for New Hire experience and programs. + Gain a deep understanding of the USH business and Team Member population, balancing best practices and pragmatism to build processes and practices that align with USH’s culture. + Coach and develop the team and provide feedback on programs, experience, and initiatives. + Analysis and problem-solve with a data-driven approach to measuring program effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: + Lead our company-wide onboarding program, welcoming new hires from every population and ensuring new hires ramp up quickly, understand our business, and feel connected to our culture. + Own and lead our Guest Servicing Standard program for New Hires and Team Members to deliver a best-in-class guest experience. + Monitor new hire turnover and retention to recommend and implement new solutions that will retain our New Hires. + Refresh the onboarding experience with a focus on new hire engagement and time to productivity. + Design, develop, and implement engaging New Hire experiences and programs aligned to organizational and department goals and strategy. + Drive connectivity with broader L&OD team programs (Talent Development, Organizational Development, etc.) + Improve onboarding by introducing innovation and automation where possible. + Lead a team of entry-level team members and develop their skillset to meet the needs of the business. Basic Requirements: + A bachelor’s degree in related field and 5+ years in Learning and Development, Onboarding, or Talent Development fields. + Proven experience building scalable, global onboarding programs for various audiences. (Team Members, managers, etc.) + End-to-end program management skills from needs assessment, design, development, and facilitation. + Experience with HR analytics and reporting, with introductory knowledge of visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) and other business-related data analysis strategies + Influential at all levels, with strong stakeholder management and experience partnering with different parts of the HR team and departments. + You have familiarity with the latest digital tools, such as Articulate Rise, SharePoint, and Campaign Monitor. Preferred Qualifications: + A Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field Additional Requirements: + This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
