About the Team
The Consumer Homepage team drives the end-to-end user experience on the DoorDash marketplace, connecting our customers with everything their neighborhood has to offer. We are building a personalized homepage, inspiring ways to browse restaurant, grocery, and retail categories, relevant search experiences, and reviews & ratings to accelerate marketplace growth.
About the Role
DoorDash is looking for a Manager, Strategy & Operations to lead New Verticals (NV) Discovery, focusing on driving user engagement and enhancing the shopping experience for Grocery, Convenience, Retail, and other non-restaurant categories.
As a key member of the Consumer Experience team, you’ll play a pivotal role in changing consumer behavior by making DoorDash a one-stop shop for everything in your local neighborhood. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics, to optimize homepage discovery, content curation, and store ranking while driving incremental growth in orders and GMV.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, driving strategic initiatives, and scaling new business lines.

+ Develop and execute strategies to enhance NV discovery and engagement across the DoorDash platform.
+ Own operational excellence for NV Discovery, including content curation, surface optimization, and performance tracking.

+ Design experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize homepage visibility and NV ranking.
+ Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize results.
+ Ensure data integrity and visibility through robust reporting and analytics.

+ Play a key role in scaling New Verticals, one of DoorDash’s fastest-growing business lines.
+ Shape the future of consumer shopping on DoorDash beyond restaurants.

Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
