Job Summary
The Manager, Nursing Services oversees nursing staff and daily operations to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. This role involves coordinating clinical and administrative functions, developing and implementing nursing policies, and fostering staff development to achieve optimal outcomes. The Manager ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, promotes a positive work environment, and supports organizational goals through effective leadership and collaboration.

Qualifications
Associate Degree In Nursing required Bachelor's Degree or higher In Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred 2-4 years of clinical nursing experience required 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing care practices and operations. Effective leadership and management skills, including the ability to mentor and motivate staff. Proficiency in budget management, resource allocation, and operational planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, patients, and interdisciplinary teams. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address clinical and administrative challenges. Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation requirements applicable to nursing services. Commitment to fostering a positive work environment and maintaining high levels of employee and patient satisfaction.Licenses and Certifications
RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required BCLS - Basic Life Support required ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred
