About the role The role of the Manager, Omni-Channel Marketing, supports all marketing activities across all channels for the licensee partners. The Global Licensing, JV and Partnerships (GLP) team is an innovative and dynamic team within Footlocker that manages our partner and licensed stores globally. This position contributes to Foot Locker’s success by supporting the go-to-market strategy between Foot Locker and our licensee partners. As part of the GLP team, you would participate in our team training and development opportunities with insightful exposure to our cross-functional activities across marketing, operations, and merchandising. Responsibilities Assist in ‘guarding’ the Foot Locker brand ensuring that positioning and purpose are translated into clear messaging and distinct communications. Coordinate omni-channel go-to-market strategies between Foot Locker and licensee partners to drive awareness, accelerate growth and fuel retention. Project-manage onboarding of new licensee ecommerce sites, translating internal and external benchmarks into requirements and customer experience targets. Track KPIs and success metrics of licensee marketing campaigns. Manage roadmaps and reporting, synthesizing and analyzing into high level, professional presentations. Work collaboratively with a group of highly motivated individuals, whilst being an independent thinker. Document processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and across several counterparts in our licensed partners. Support and assist the team in cross-functional tasks. Qualifications The ideal Manager, Omni-Channel Marketing, is innovative, forward-thinking, detail oriented, curious yet growth driven, and someone who is actively able to identify and document process improvements.
