Your Opportunity as Operation Excellence Manager
Operation Excellence is the company’s continuous improvement methodology. It is a comprehensive set of tools, capabilities, and leadership skills designed to achieve business breakthrough results through the 100% engagement of employees. The process is designed in multiple phases of progression. Operations Leadership view mastery in this methodology as a key skill required for progression to site leadership roles (operations managers, plant manager, Directors, VP’s). The Operation Excellence process is designed to have individuals with expertise in several areas to lead the overall implementation and progression. The expertise is required as the individuals in these roles will coach/consult Operations site directors and plant managers, plant, and supply chain teams. These resources work closely with other functions use of tools and integration opportunities.

In this role you will:
Promote the continued implementation and integration of Operation Excellence throughout the Company
Establish, renew, and communicate the Operation Excellence vision at plant.Coach plant pillar leaders.Leverage existing resources to facilitate SQMS implementation and create documented High-Performance OrganizationsDeliver the Overall Operation Excellence Master Plan and Timeline for the on-going delivery of the Compelling Business Need
Assist in the development and coordination of the Operation Excellence strategy for the site.Support operations leadership, supply chain leadership, and the site leaders in their implementation of Operation Excellence by providing coaching and direction on integration, improvement processes, specific scorecards results, and master plansContinually help to develop and refine the vision and capabilities of Operation Excellence Benchmark with other world class operations and continually renew Operation Excellence vision, tools, and concepts
Test new learnings and capabilityStay in front of the site from a capability standpoint to continually drive progress of capabilities to deliver business needs. Help develop the set of tools for Phase 2 and beyondHelp to define and deliver the Operation Excellence Phase II Key Glidepath Measures
Work to support implementing and sustaining Operation Excellence Phase 1/Phase 2 results, systems, and behaviorsWork with supply chain leadership to broaden the tools and concepts to the entire supply chainThe Right Role for You

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree.At least 3 years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment using Operation Excellence tools.Prior success in implementing and sustaining improvements.At least 3 years of experience in training and leading group.Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:
