What You’ll Be Doing
Manage employees and processes related to the order fulfillment process for a segment of, or the entire, distribution center. Work with supervisors, leads and employees to meet and exceed service level and quality, and productivity goals. Identify ways to reduce costs while improving efficiency and quality, which may involve utilization of CPI processes.Develop and manage staff, including resource allocation.Analyzes and implements process improvements.Review financials for areas of improvement.Customer problem resolution and requestManage professional employees and/or supervisors or supervises large, complex technical or business support or production operations team(s)Accountable for the performance and results of a team within their own discipline or functionAdapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challengesProvides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customersExercises limited management authority; sets employee performance objectives, conducts performance reviews and recommends pay actionsDefines team operating standards and ensures essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own disciplineAccountable for results of a teamOther duties as assigned.What We Are Looking For
A people leader with strong stakeholder management skillsFamiliar with ISO9001& IS014001, audit, warehousing operations; and well-versed with third-party warehouse logisticsExperienced in liaising with local authorities with knowledge in trade compliance, transportation, and free-trade zones etc.A minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experienceWhat’s In It For You
