Compensation: $96,700 - $113,800

What You’ll Be Serving Up:

As KFC’s New Product Development Leader, you’ll lead the charge in creating innovative products and procedures that enhance business performance and simplify operations. Your role will ensure new initiatives are restaurant-ready, seamless to implement, and drive operational success across the KFC system.

Here’s How You’ll Spice Things Up:

Lead Strategy Projects: Oversee key restaurant strategy initiatives, ensuring products and procedures are set for success. Drive Innovation: Use creative thinking to develop new products and improve processes, keeping operational simplicity top of mind. Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with cross-functional teams and facilitate field-level communication on national initiatives. Support Growth: Focus on margin improvements and ensure new procedures align with business objectives. Field Validation: Travel to test and validate products and procedures, ensuring they’re operationally ready. Train & Implement: Lead training efforts for restaurant teams on new launches, ensuring flawless execution. Measure & Improve: Analyze post-launch metrics and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Who You’ll Be Working With:

You’ll collaborate with Field Operations, Food Innovation, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Franchisees, ensuring all teams are aligned with the development and rollout of new products.

What You Bring to the Table:

Education: BS/BA degree preferred but not required. Experience: 3-5 years of leadership experience at the above-restaurant or multi-unit level. Leadership & Innovation: Proven track record in leading teams and driving innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment. Financial Understanding: Strong knowledge of P&L and financial metrics. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent skills in working with diverse teams and franchise owners. Project Management: Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects. Analytical Skills: Sharp attention to detail and the ability to measure and evaluate success.
