Do you enjoy being responsible for managing the complete order cycle from order entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction at every step? We are currently seeking a Manager, Order Management who will be responsible to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner to help to drive On-Time Delivery and to maintain effective and positive communication channels both internally and externally. What we’ll get you doing: + Oversee daily Order Management operations and prioritize the team's workload while mentoring and coach team members, providing support and guidance for their professional development. + Monitor customer orders from placement to delivery, address issues promptly, and consistently enhance the On-Time Delivery (OTD) metric. + Achieve key performance indicators for e.g. order processing time, response time to customers, and case closure time. + Foster a supportive environment that encourages innovation and recognizes individual contributions to business improvements and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by using DBS tools to identify process gaps and implement preventive measures. + Collaborate with Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Sales to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction. The essential requirements of the role include: + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in customer service and/or supply chain + 2+ years of experience in people management and development + Proficiency in using Dynamics AX D365 or similar ERP systems It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Demonstrated ability to use methodologies to drive continuous improvement + Strong adherence to procedural guidelines and aptitude for interpreting customer inquiries and problems The salary range for this role is $75K - $100K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
