Manager, Paid Media (TikTok)

 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Manager of Paid Media to join our Customer Acquisition team. This specific role will be focused on leading our TikTok channel. This role will own the end-to-end management of the TikTok channel, from developing campaign strategies to performance analysis and ongoing optimization. You will work closely with the Creative & Marketing Insights teams to deliver high-performing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and overall growth for Ruggable.

 

 

 

What You’ll Do:

Channel Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok paid media strategy that aligns with Ruggable’s overall marketing objectives Identify growth opportunities and explore new tactics for expanding reach and improving performance on the platform. Stay ahead of TikTok trends and platform updates to leverage new features and ad formats effectively

Channel Management & Optimization:

Manage and optimize TikTok campaigns, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as incremental return on ad spend (iROAS), and cost per action (CPA) Conduct A/B testing and implement iterative improvements to creative and targeting strategies Monitor day-to-day campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to drive budget allocation, targeting, and bid strategic decision

Performance Analysis:

Track, analyze, and report on TikTok campaign performance and overall channel effectiveness.

Collaborating on Creative Strategy:

Partner with the Growth Creative lead, Creative resources, and any external agencies to develop engaging and on-brand ad creatives tailored for TikTok’s format and audience. Ensure that creative aligns with campaign objectives and resonates with Ruggable’s target customer. Analyze creative performance and collaborate with the team to iterate and improve creative assets based on insights

 

 

What You’ll Need to Have:

Required:

4+ years of experience in digital marketing or paid media management at an eCommerce company At least 1 year of direct experience managing TikTok channel, with strong understanding of advertising tools, audience targeting, and content formats Proven track record of running successful campaigns, driving customer acquisition, and achieving measurable business outcomes Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, and other performance tracking platforms. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, data, and marketing teams

 

Compensation:

$80-110k per year base salary

An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
