Job DescriptionThis role is a part of CyberSource Technical Sales team within AP region which is one of the fastest growing organizations within Visa. The team comprises of Tech Partner Enablement Consultants, Technical Sales Consultants, Client Delivery Consultants and Merchant Optimization Consultants. What a Manager, Payment Optimization does at Visa:
We are currently looking for a manager position candidate located in Singapore for CyberSource Sales Engineering team to manage the Payment Success Improvement Program for CyberSource AP Merchants and Acquirers. The merchant(s) engagement program will also include consulting for Merchant business optimization based on data insights and research.
Working in tandem with AP account managers and some of the largest merchants and acquirers across Asia, the role holder will utilize data, analytics, market research and subject matter expertise to drive additional value to our client’s payment success and business optimization programs.
Responsibilities:
Work with AP Payment Optimization function lead to strategize and execute plans to drive incremental improvement in payment success rates for CyberSource merchants in AP region.
Plan and execute consulting program(s) with CyberSource AP merchants and acquirers to improve payment success and merchant business optimization recommendations based on data insights and market research.
Be the internal and external payment success expert for merchants/acquirers across AP region.
Develop ongoing reviews of regional payment decline rates, identification of decline drivers and development of an integrated approach to reducing declines.
Proactively understand how new products/services, as well as industry and technology trends impact on payment success performance and how in turn that impacts our clients.
Maintain and build rapport with regional peers and other teams across Visa Inc. to exchange ideas, learn and leverage best practices.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Professional:
• Regional market knowledge and functional experience in payment processing working with Card Issuers, Acquirers and card network supporting highly complex clients and or services
• 5+ years of progressive consulting and analytics experience and client-facing roles in the payments industry
Technical:
• Expertise of digital payment processing business and thorough understanding of payment lifecycle including consumer authentication as well as payment authorization
• Good working knowledge of Card Network business (preferably Visa) and Issuer, Acquirer processing
• Working experience of data analytics tools such as Tableau
