**Scope of Work to Be Performed:**
The role oversees the operations of the department, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across key functions, including:
+ **Department & Team Management:**
+ Driving employee performance through coaching, development, and addressing people-related matters.
+ Identifying and nurturing team members’ potential while fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.
+ Leading staff sourcing and replacement with support from the Recruitment team.
+ Ensuring adherence to Conduent HR policies on hiring, termination, and time away from work.
+ Developing and maintaining a business continuity and disaster recovery plan.
+ Leading internal and external audits to successful completion.
+ **Payroll Management & Compliance:**
+ Ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing while meeting statutory reporting and filing requirements.
+ Completing FEPS Payroll for the department and overseeing US & Canadian Payrolls in compliance with Service Level Agreements.
+ Managing and resolving payroll production issues while ensuring payroll records align with statutory requirements.
+ Supporting all internal and external payroll-related audits.
+ **Process Improvement & Compliance:**
+ Enhancing payroll performance through strategic process improvements and implementing new systems.
+ Improving operational processes related to reporting, information flow, business processes, and planning.
+ Ensuring business unit compliance with company policies and local regulations.
**Interpersonal & Leadership Skills Required:**
+ Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, organization, and time management skills.
+ Ability to influence and align teams with company goals while fostering collaboration.

**Experience & Qualifications Required:**
+ **Experience:** 3+ years of management experience.
+ **Education:** Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
