Manager, People Communications

We are seeking a Manager, People Communications to join the People and Culture Department at the Group's Corporate Head Office in Hong Kong. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic internal communications plans that enhance employee engagement, alignment, and company culture, ensuring transparent and effective communication across the global workforce.

Key Accountabilities

Develop, implement and execute a strategic internal communication plan that utilizes all available platforms to enhance employee engagement and proactively communicate People and Culture, and Sustainable Luxury Vision 2030 initiatives. Collaborate and strategise with the Corporate Affairs team in driving effective internal communications that aligns with the overall company goals. Plan, write and edit engaging content with an employee focus, that spans the internal communications channel mix including our digital employee portal, videos, and other online and offline channels to engage our global workforce. Support the digital employee portal (My HSH Hub) and internal social media (Viva Engage) as the central communications point – including content creation, improving the user experience, optimising the platform, stakeholder management, and building an online community. Own data and analytics for each communication platform. Maintain a consistent brand voice and look across all communications, aligning internal and external communications. Understand the business need to address, communicate and drive company change management initiatives. Create and design impactful executive presentation and support crisis management and special projects’ communication. Be the key content creator to support internal announcements, and content for any Corporate Governance reports.

 

General requirements

University Degree or higher in communications or a relevant field. Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in the internal communication field. Fluent English with strong written and presentation skills. Fluency in Chinese or other languages would be advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills, be a team player and self-driven. Creative and innovative on content creation. Strong attention to detail.
