Manager, People Ops In-Home Division (Reside in California)

JOB SCOPE:
The Manager, People Ops In-Home Division (CA) will support a large, geographically dispersed team of In-Home technicians within a region, including all California based technicians. This individual will work with the Regional Field Director to both influence and lead associate relations, employee engagement, performance management, retention and compliance within the region.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager, People Ops In-Home Division (CA), will serve as the primary HR partner for our West Region, primarily made up of our California-based technician workforce and act as the California compliance expert for the company. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of California employment laws, outstanding communication skills, and a proactive approach to employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that HR practices meet the needs of our employees while aligning with company policies and objectives. The candidate must reside in California to be eligible for this role and will have an indirect reporting line to the DVP, People Operations.
