The Purpose of the Role

The Manager, People Technology will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our HR technology landscape. This role is responsible for managing the systems and tools that support HR processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and HR analytics. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader, capable of driving change and ensuring that our people technology infrastructure aligns with the needs of the business.

What You’ll Work On

Develop and execute a comprehensive HR technology strategy that supports the organization’s people goals and enhances the overall employee experience.

Oversee the management and maintenance of HR systems, including but not limited to HRIS, ATS, LMS, and performance management tools.

Ensure systems are optimized and integrated to support HR processes efficiently.

Lead the implementation and optimization of new and existing HR technologies and tools. 

Work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business needs.

Ensure data integrity within HR systems. Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. 

Identify opportunities for process improvements through technology and automation.

Work with HR stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.

Lead and mentor a team of HR technology professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Ensure HR systems are compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, particularly around data privacy and security.

Develop and deliver training programs to ensure HR team members and other stakeholders are proficient in using HR systems and tools.

About You  (Requirements/competencies) 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.

5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS management, or a related field.

Proven experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone, or similar platforms.)

Experience with system implementations and integrations across multiple HR technologies (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, benefits, performance management).

When/Where/How Much 

Start Date: December 2024

Location/Travel: Remote with up to 25% travel for work related meetings or functions.

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
