What You’ll Be Serving Up:

As the Financial Performance Management Lead, you’ll be the go-to for sales forecasting, performance analysis, and financial reporting. You’ll leverage insights to support business decisions, drive profitability, and ensure we’re hitting our financial goals while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Here’s How You’ll Spice Things Up:

Business Performance Management & Insights: Develop concise, actionable insights on promotions, tests, and overall business performance. Influence cross-functional partners with data-driven insights and keep an eye on economic trends that could impact KFC’s bottom line. Lead benchmarking against industry performance and manage weekly business discussions to stay ahead of targets. Sales Forecasting & Analysis: Own and deliver sales forecasts, from weekly updates to annual projections, keeping leadership in the loop on sales drivers, risks, and opportunities. Use advanced forecasting methods to ensure we’re always prepared for what’s coming next. Pricing & Profitability Management: Lead the charge on KFC’s national pricing strategy, providing recommendations and executing pricing changes that maximize profitability for our locations. Support to the CFO: Act as the go-to partner for KFC-USA’s CFO, providing thought leadership, analysis, and ad hoc reporting for leadership presentations and financial meetings.

What You Bring to the Table:

Education: Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management required. M.B.A. preferred. Experience: Solid experience in financial modeling, data analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. Proficiency in consumer insights, analytics, and understanding market trends. Communication & Leadership: Strong written and oral communication skills with a knack for problem-solving and presenting to leadership. Tech Savvy: Must be proficient in Office Suite, with Power BI or similar experience being a plus. Strategic Thinker: Ability to use analytics to guide strategic decisions and influence stakeholders at all levels. Financial Expertise: Experience in financial reporting, planning, and a strong understanding of restaurant-level P&L’s.
